Obituary for Jerry Alison Glasco

Jerry Alison Glasco, age 75, died peacefully at his home in Mustang on Sunday, December 24, 2017 after a short period of declining health. He was born February 5, 1942 in Oklahoma City to Lydia F. Berry. He grew up in OKC and was a 1960 graduate of U S Grant High School. He proudly served his country in the US Army where he was a Sharp Shooter. Jerry worked many years as a machinist for Wilsey Bennett, Co. He was a wise/compassionate/loving father and grandfather whose goal was to build a strong life foundation for his family. Preceded in death by his mother Lydia, his Wife Mary, two sons Butch and Ricky, daughter Kimberly and one sister Jolene Frazier. He is survived by one daughter Ola Mae Richardson of OKC, two sons Jerry Glasco-Parrish of Moore, Corey Glasco of El Reno, thirteen grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. Services will be held at 2pm on Friday, December 29, 2017 in the Chapel of The Good Shepherd at McNeil’s Funeral Service, Mustang, OK. Interment with military rites will follow at the Mustang Cemetery, Mustang, Oklahoma.
