Obituary for J. C. Bailey

J.C. Bailey, age 73, died Sunday, December 9, 2018. He was born March 15, 1945 in Tulare, CA to Isaac and Nellie (Bradshaw) Bailey. He grew up in Moss, OK near Holdenville. J.C enlisted in the U.S. Army and spent 20 years before retiring and working for the United States Postal Service. He married the love of his life, Debbie (Vaughn) on November 3, 1972. J.C. loved to fish, hunt, cook for the family and watch old westerns with the grandkids. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters; Mae Bea, Marie and Margaret. He is survived by his wife Debbie, sons; James and Jason, daughters; Sonya Greenup and husband Ed and Jennifer Holcomb and husband Nathaniel, eight grandchildren; Jaycee, Jacob, Jenah, Jolee, Hunter, Luke, Jackson, Owen and one great grandson Brazen. Also by nine siblings; Barbara, Shirley, Betty, John, Carolyn, Junior, Mary, Patty and Wiley. Funeral Services will be 2:00pm Friday, December 14, 2018 at First Baptist Church in Wheatland, OK with burial to follow at Red Hill Cemetery, Mustang, Oklahoma.
